The Cratex Head Office in Edmonton, Alberta has received a certificate of registration to ISO 9001:2015 for their Quality Management System. ISO Standards are developed by the International Organization for Standardization, the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards. This registration has been certified by SAI Global, a leading registrar of ISO Management Systems around the world, and it demonstrates Cratex’s commitment to quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction. All other sites are included in our internal quality management system, which meets the intent of ISO 9001:2015.
The intent of a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 is to ensure quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our customers. Certification is achieved once all the requirements of the Standard have been verified during a stringent, independent audit conducted by an accredited ISO Registrar. These external audits are conducted annually to ensure the system is continually improving.
